After my first steps in online retail working in content and product management I specialized in B2C customer relationship and email marketing. My teams and I sent over the years millions over millions of emails to our customers delivering relevant, appealing and revenue driving marketing messages about products, services and promotions. Since 2007 I am part of the Snapfish organisation where we are turning the pictures of our customer's most cherished moments into high quality photo products. Working in several different positions including the lead for the European CRM Team I focused on the optimisation of our promotional customer communication. This included planning the promotions for the channel in all European countries, flawless execution of the plan and close monitoring of the results as well as working on technical aspects as data base and ESP related projects, segmentation and the permanently ongoing improvement of the emails itself including the implementation of a mobile optimised communication. From 2017 on I moved within Snapfish on to more strategic roles. As part of the commercial team I am now responsible for the promotional planning, forecasting and success monitoring in the UK and IE markets. I am also defining the retail pricing for all new products as well as optimising the pricing for existing products along the company strategy and within an ever changing and competitive market. Since small teams often mean "all hands on deck" I have added in the latest move from spring 2023 marketing back into the portfolio and work now - in addition to all above - on the Snapfish UK direct response and brand TV campaigns - an adventure I thoroughly enjoy. I love working as part of a highly motivated, close knit international team creating a success story with a product made to make people happy preserving and presenting the best moments of their lives.
