As a BA working out of the historic CBS Broadcast Center in Manhattan, Christian worked specifically for "CBS This Morning," the CBS News national morning show. Christian worked with show producers to field production requests, ran scripts for the anchors while on air and helped manage logistics for guests appearing on the broadcast. Christian graduated from the Missouri School of Journalism in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Journalism degree and a Political Science minor. At MU, Christian served as an anchor, reporter, and producer for KOMU 8 News, the NBC affiliate in Columbia, Missouri. He was Vice President of MU's Radio Television Digital News Association chapter and was also a member of MU's Army ROTC for two years. Christian earned the Superior Cadet Decoration award prior to leaving the program, the highest honor a cadet can attain. Christian is originally from Winnetka, Illinois, a suburb just north of Chicago on Lake Michigan.
