I specialise in offering facilitation and training in the areas of culture, innovation, co-design and design thinking, working with individuals and organisations to solve complex challenges. I believe in the inherent creativity of each individual, the power of play, and the wisdom that lies within the group. I believe that there has never been a more important time to harness this collective wisdom and playful creativity to solve our biggest shared challenges. As the founder of White Light Education, I focus on exploring complex and systemic problems. From early 2016, I have developed and led a range of programs that guide teams through a range of design processes, to collaboratively solve their most pressing challenges. I also deliver one-off workshops as well as group and individual coaching to explore the day-to-day barriers that stand in the way of driving real cultural change and empowering strong leadership. Since diverging from a traditional career as an architect in 2010, I have been privileged to explore a variety of exciting leadership opportunities ranging from environmental sustainability advocacy (as a Catalyst at The Edge, State Library of Queensland) to community engagement (through the Flood of Ideas initiative) and cultural management (through the Asia Pacific Design Library).
