Migrated all data and applications from an on-premise data center to Microsoft's Azure cloud. Implemented Okta's MFA and provided a secure client portal for ordering and reporting. Selected and hired 80% of the IT team. Researched and implemented changes to accommodate new automation and machine learning for order processing. These increased efficiencies across all lines of business. My responsibilities also included overseeing the integration of pharmacy software with electronic health records and inmate management systems. I forged and managed strategic partnerships with favorable contract negotiations across the enterprise. While holding vendors and teams accountable for the highest levels of service quality and security.
