Chris Roscoe Email & Phone Number | After leaving school I served a four year traineeship with British Gas E&P where I studied to HNC level before spending time at various British Gas installations both on, and offshore. On completion of my training I took a substantive post offshore in the UKCS southern sector as electrical maintenance technician. I spent time on the satellite intervention team and for a period, was the sole platform electrician on a manned satellite. During my time offshore I served in many none core roles including lifeboat coxswain, HLO, response team, incident control team and first aider. After eleven years offshore now having been transfered to Centrica, I changed direction and took a role onshore. In my onshore role I worked shifts as acting Responsible Electrical Person where I oversee work on our HV network and acted as a mentor to the other team members. During my onshore time I served as acting Lead Electrical Technician and spent time away from work as part of a Maximo Project team. I am now working back offshore splitting my time between two installations; one site as part of the electrical maintenance team and the other as sole platform electrician with all REP responsibilities. I fulfil a number of other none core roles including heli fire team, HDA and deck crew. I set high personal standards, am conscientious and hard working with good attention to detail.
