Before i begin the marketing for the event, i must make an educated estimate on the size of each competition. Once the financial model and logistics of each individual event are sorted, a marketing campaign will then begin to fill the team spots. These campaigns are usually ran via Social Media (Facebook) and via the Last Man Stands internal database. Once a team declares an interest, i would have to sell the event to them and get them over the line with them paying a deposit until the required number of teams have entered. My secondary role mainly from February to September is to help increase adult participation within England & Scotland by working with Franchise Holders to help them maximise the potential in each town and/or city. We aim to work closely with local cricket boards to enable us to reach as many potential players as possible.
