I enjoy building strong working relationships with colleagues to meet and exceed KPIs and drive business growth. As a leader, I achieve this by organising my time effectively and leading teams through clear and concise communication and plans. While I take my job seriously, I don’t take myself too seriously, and like to be upbeat, open and approachable to all colleagues and clients.
