Chris Guenther is a *Career Summary* Skilled and analytical electrical engineer with two decades of experience using software to analyze and solve complex problems: IC-level ADC design, hardware-level signal and noise analysis, system-level beamforming and imaging, software-level machine learning and image processing. One of my greatest joys is creating elegant and extensible methods for solving complex, analytical problems (i.e. I love math and programming). *Expertise* - Experienced programmer with 20+ years of Python and Matlab. - Experience with Java, Typescript, Scala, Ruby, C++ - Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure - Developed GUI for ML Object Detection using PyQT, TFLite, NumPy, and OpenCV. - Developed testing platform for Android system using Appium and PyTest. - Software training in algorithms, graphs, data structures, compilers, machine learning. - Experienced with GIT, Jira, Linux systems, and shell scripting. - PCB-level design for ultrasound including firmware, analog, and digital. - IC-level design for ultrasound transducer (3.3V in 0.35um SOI) and cell phone radio applications (1.5V in 90nm). - Worked on a variety of ADC architectures (flash/pipeline/cyclic/sigma-delta) designing lower level blocks including gain-boosted amplifiers, switch-cap integrators, VCOs, DACs, etc. - Strong math background including statistics, calculus, linear algebra, Fourier analysis. Extensive use of Matlab/Simulink and Python/NumPy for thorough system design and analysis.
