Whether through portraits or short films, my work strives to tell a compelling narrative that resonates with the viewer. I approach each project with a connection to the subject, and I believe that the key to creating powerful images lies in establishing a genuine connection with the person in front of my lens. I strive to create a fun and relaxed creative environment, resulting in images that are intimate and captivating. My work in editorial portraiture focuses on capturing the essence of a person's personality, whether it be through unique poses, lighting, fashion, or locations. In my creative short films, I bring an artistic approach to portraying a story. I carefully craft each frame, using lighting, sound, editing, and movement to create a dynamic visual story that draws the viewer in and keeps them engaged. I draw inspiration from living in coastal cities in California, as well as being raised by two creative parents. I am 22 years old from Orange County with a BFA in Art and Design (Photo/Video concentration) from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. In addition to this, I have had the privilege of showing my work in the Cal Poly Juried Student Exhibition, .RAW Magazine publications, and the San Luis Obispo International Film Festival.
