Size Change over done for different Can sizes of 202 - 211 for 250ml to 500ml Cans. Cincinnati(USA) Can washer system, Womack coolant filter system basic operations & maintenance activities. Routine/Planned preventive maintenance of machines as and when required. To monitor and control spoilage and to work towards zero defects. Required to ensure all aspects of HACCP, Critical Control Points CCPs, HSE and good housekeeping(GMP) are all adhered to. Monitoring and keeping evidence of quality specifications according to the manufacturing process. Planning, carrying out abnormality list and rectification works. BACK END SECTION: DECORATOR: STOLLE RUTHERFORD 8CDC 2200 PIN OVEN: THERMAL SYSTEM LACQUER SPRAY MACHINE: CARNAUD METALBOX LSM3400 INSIDE BAKING OVEN: NECKER: CARNAUD METALBOX NECKER3400 PRESSCO: Running of the 8 inker, 24 mandrel, 12 blanket segments decorator, easy and quick label change in the shortest period of time. Pin oven chain lubrication and maintenance. LSM nozzle monitoring and routine cleaning to avoid metal exposure. Running of the CMB Necker3400 with 14+flanger, IBR, LT and Pressco stages, 12 pockets. Quick die change and Can tracking. Constant quality checks to sustain the standard flange (2mm) & IBR based on customer specification.
