I managed and coordinated with the focal points of the 96 systems support teams to work together for SIT, UAT and Deployment activities. ================================================ Shell Houdini Project ================================================ Shell Eastern Petrochemicals Complex (Houdini) Project as the Project Manager for SEPC-IT CAP – to deploy Oil Products-GSAP and Chemicals-GSAP CAP (Connected Application Portfolios), and the non-connected applications. These applications covered the processing areas from Manufacturing, Supply & Distribution (MSD), to Finance, HR, Procurement of Goods & Services (PGS), “Health, Safety, Security and Environment” (HSSE), and Laboratory. The US3 billion Shell Eastern Petrochemicals Complex (SEPC) is Shell’s largest-ever petrochemicals investment. The 100% Shell-owned facility comprises an 800,000-tonnes-a-year ethylene cracker (ECC) and butadiene extraction unit on Bukom Island; a 750,000-tonnes-a-year mono-ethylene glycol (MEG) plant & a butadiene plant on Jurong Island. ================================================ Global SAP Connected Applications Project Implementation ================================================ * Managed the implementation of one of the Global SAP Projects at Shell to rollout a new system application (Global Icebox - GIB) connected between Global SAP and Terminal Automation Systems at the Shell Depots. * Regional Technical and Business Analyst to manage the rollout of Global Icebox in Shell Singapore, Shell Hong Kong, and Shell Malaysia. * Subject Matter Expert in this TAS/GSAP Project for the East.
