I have worked in the Contingent Workforce space for a number of years, implementing MSP solutions and partnering with labour hire organisations to meet the needs of our ever changing business. I have worked full-time in the Contingent Projects space which enabled me to streamline processes, implement efficient contractor management system/solutions and drive better solutions for contractors and the company. I now manage the whole Talent Acquisition Function at Santos, encompassing both permanent and contingent talent acquisition. I work with an amazing team of TA and Contingent Workforce specialists as part of the People Experience team at Santos.
