I particularly aim to enhance health and well being, as well as conscious conception, gestation, birthing and early parenting as a preventative approach. I help people to slow down and be aware of each moment, with an intention to gently deepen under and soften old patterns and habits and access the underlying inherent potential within each of us. I support an ability to be present with old traumas without being taken over or overwhelmed by them, allowing them to gently, gradually discharge. I aim to enhance peace, awareness, and authenticity on all levels. My main focus currently is on supervision and mentoring, as well as teaching pre- and perinatal psychology, Craniosacral Biodynamics, and the mindful movement practice of Continuum.
