I now work for a global organizational consulting firm where I support the Client Development and Client Management teams with business development. I enjoy collaborating with colleagues from around the world; collating input from various internal subjects matter experts, and our senior commercial and operations team leaders to craft strategic responses for RFx’s to win new businesses, program expansions, and retain clients. I also create best and final presentations, and handle bid management, championing best practices. I’m a self-starter. I constantly think of and work on initiatives that enable me to continuously add value to my team and organisation. I also believe in continuous learning and having a growth mindset; I take the time to participate in trainings and work on certifications to hone my skills and nurture new interests.
