Prior to his military experience, his career began in Nigeria where he worked in a multispecialist hospital ED and ICU then proceeded to health management company (HMO) as a quality assurance nurse and EMS coordinator with Premium health HMO and First assistant 911 respectively. His quest for critical care and EMS prompted him to take up an EMT course which exposed him more to a wilder scope in pre hospital emergency medicine. Working with UAE military took his career to another level where field work, missions and emergency trainings became the nitigrity. He is an enthusiastic nurse who wants to take a unique path to excellence, by creating a unique learning style for healthcare professionals through simulation learning approach. He is an AHA instructor, and Currently Managing Director at Medic Dispatch Africa an EMS capacity building company based in UK and Nigeria. He is open to healthcare innovations and opportunities in clinical simulation education , EMS and Critical care nursing roles as he continues to build himself towards career excellence and provide solutions to key healthcare challenges across the globe.
