Charly Harbord Med Fhea is a I am the creator and project lead of the Kilted Otter Initiative, a research-based extended Scots Gaelic game jam. I work as the project coordinator for InGame International as well as nearing the end a PhD in the School of Design and Informatics, at Abertay University. My research focuses on the co-design of RPGs for the enhancement of Indigenous/second language acquisition. Additionally, using digital media as a conduit to preserve Indigenous languages, cultures and traditions. I am the co-founder and co-chair of the IGDA Indigenous Advocacy and Awareness SIG. I am very active as a collaborator with Women in Games and run the Women in Games Twitch community.
