Estab effective communication channels and acts as liaison between the program and officials within and outside the institution. Interacts with internal and external administration; faculty and students of the university. Processes sensitive,confidential information w/tact & discretion. Responsible for faculty timesheets and calendars.Using e-learning, remains current software technology for efficient gathering of information and generation of reports. Assists with supervision of TA's and GRA's. Recommends new procedures to immediate supervisor related to daily operations of office. Advises Vice Chair and Dept.Chair about dept needs. Gathers info related to dept’s budget. Remains current use of technology for efficient processing, generation of reports.
