In addition to these varied role, I hold joint responsibility for safeguarding and child protection with other members of the SLT. I would class myself as a professional person with excellent communication and mediation skills. I work in an ordered manner and enjoy the challenge of managing complex projects and finding solutions. Qualifications include a BSc (Hons) from University of Central Lancashire and a PGCE from Liverpool John Moores University. Currently studying for MSc Strategic Leadership and Management from University of Roehampton. Outside of work I am very actively involved with volunteering for Girlguiding, as well as a keen cricket follower and fitness enthusiast.
