Charles Mullaney is a I am currently a Director of Product Management supporting Humana Government Business in their service of TRICARE East. I am primarily responsible for advancing our Hyper-automation strategies to improve our beneficiary and provider experiences. Prior to this role I supported our Medicare and the Affordable Care Act products in process improvement and budget management. In addition, I was a 13 year management employee with UPS Supply Chain Solutions having worked in both operational and supporting capacities. During the last several years I managed the Quality Management Systems for logistics and distribution absorbing responsibility for all North American clients in January 2011. My responsibilities included maintaining regulatory compliance, ISO 9001:2008 and AS9120 rev C certifications, UTC Supplier Gold and customer specific requirements. In addition, I aided operations in lean assessments, process and procedure improvements, contract compliance reviews, PnL evaluations and continuous improvement projects according to Lean Six Sigma practices and as an ISO Lead Auditor.
