Charles Kohler Email & Phone Number | USMC Achieving E-6 in the Marines was a great accomplishment. As a Staff Sergeant I managed to cut maintenance repair times, which cut cost on the squadron. Developing Standard Operating Procedures, we were able to cut down on the hours needed to repair our gear. Our biggest accomplishment was cutting the initial Lean requirements for the completion of the infrared receiver from 30 days to 3 days. The shop that I ran was both "I" level and "O" level, meaning we worked on the individual gear, and troubleshot the entire FLIR pod on the flightline. Our reports were highly regarded, and we reported to high ranking officers. Due to this very reason, it developed a lot of pressure on our performance goals. I made life long friendships in the Marines, and was fortunate to serve with each and everyone of them. Semper Fidelis! XPO Logistics I have experience on the FAC, Outbound, Linehaul Dispatch, Dispatch, Inbound, and Day Linehaul. I am an intrical part of the current Freight Operations Supervisor group. I helped develope the inbound set-up with other members of the FOS team, and our FOM. My efforts in Kronos helps us stay complient with policy, and the reports I run from Kronos help us develop a plan to better disperse our hours to run more efficiently. I am very organised, and determined to help develop our employees. With 9 years at XPO, plus 10 years in the Marines I have had 2 jobs over the last 19 years. I am dedicated, loyal, very personable, and communicate well with people. My 3 greatest accomplishments: 1. Marrying a loving and supportive wife, and having 3 wonderful children. 2. Joining the US Marine Corps, and serving my country. 3. Graduating from Grand Canyon University with a 3.93 GPA.
