I quickly fell in love with the industry and my passion for design and sustainability lead me to start my Bachelor of Property and Real Estate and commence my development career in 2018, breaking my development-teeth on high-end mixed-use residential and mixed-use commercial projects in the city-fringe of Melbourne. Today I have the opportunity to be working on leading Melbourne Masterplanned Communities, specialising in the Built-Form aspects of my projects while also assisting in the delivery of the civil. I find myself quite fortunate with my previous experience in the sale of residential developments, in that it has provided me with a keen understanding of the buyer mindset along with a refined set of skills in communication and attention to detail. I have also gained great insight into the design and delivery of sustainable homes, having a Sustainability major in my Bachelor's Degree, commencing a Masters in Sustainable Development and also being involved in 7+ star NatHERS and Green Star apartment and townhouse projects.
