Her team is accountable for the end-to-end process of young talent programs and ensuring that the Assessment Center aligns with the organization's design and development strategy. Prior to joining True Corporation, Chanisara worked as a consultant at Aon Hewitt in Talent Rewards and Performance Practice aim to help her clients drive business performance through people performance more effectively. Some of the organizations she had served include SCG, Banpu, IRPC, Exim Bank, Bumrungrad, PTT, etc. Chanisara completed her Master’s degree from The University of Nottingham, UK in Work and Organizational Psychology. She has an extensive knowledge of psychology and human resources. She also has an excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong ability to think strategically, ability to develop innovative solutions and skills in project management.
