Around 1 year I have worked with Fusion benefits issues. 3) Prepared functionality documentation for various modules while working in PS team. 4) Training on PS functional module to all the team members. (Benefits, Recruiting, ePerformance, Security, T&L) 5) Contribution in Compass session for the technical and functional upgrade of PS-eRecruitment module for BCBS-AZ to understand the client need. 6) Demo to business users of BCBS-AZ on new feature of PS-eRecruitment ver. 9.1 7) Successful technical and functional upgrade of PS eRecruitment module from 9.0 to 9.1 (for BCBS-AZ) 8) PS-CRM call center module point of contact for any issues / modifications for Albemarle and ETS 9) PS-HCM point of contact for ETS, BCBS, UMG, Willis Achievement in Current Company: 1) Effort estimation / sizing - WBS, Prepare SOW, management reports, weekly and monthly status reports Handling Wipro One, RLS Creation, Revenue Projection, Monthly Billing etc. 2) Planning & estimating, risk assessment, scope and issue management. 3) Resource management – Optimization, quarterly and annual Performance review of all the team members 4) Perform risk management to minimize project risks, Prepare Risk tracker, Action Tracker and address it to stack holders. 5) Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders including client, internal & third parties/vendors.
