Then in 2016 I joined at Tata Steel limited, as Assistant Manager in Ferro Manganese Plant, Joda and took care of Safety & Environment aspects. I have been working in various capacities in different plants of Tata Steel Ltd. and contributed meaningfully towards achieving the overall organizational safety goals in line with Tata Steel vision. Since April 2023, I am in the role as Senior Manager, Safety for Tata Steel Kalinganagar (Sukinda), Odisha. Before getting into the current role, I served as Manager (Safety & Environment) at Ferro Alloys plant, Balasore & Ferro Alloys plant, Bamnipal. At Tata Steel, my collaborative way of working was very much instrumental in implementing different safety standards for smooth operation & project expansion work. I am having experience in Process Safety, Risk assessment, Incident Investigation, Contractor safety management, Rail & Road safety, Digital technology innovation through collaboration, ownership and responsiveness. After completion of 7 years at Tata Steel limited, I joined National Aluminium Company Ltd. (NALCO), a Navaratna CPSE under Ministry of Mines as Deputy Manager (Safety) and took care of safety aspects of Carbon Area, Smelter plant. In brief, i am having more than 11.5 years of service with a rich blend of Ferro Manganese & Ferro Chrome, Silico Manganese & Sinter plant operation. In the entire stint of my career I always preferred to work in system and processes to create value for the company as well as for the employees at large. I always kept myself high with my professional Excellency and exemplary leadership qualities, based on my sheer commitment, hard work, empathy and perseverance. An approved Safety Officer by Directorate of Factories and Boilers, Govt. of Odisha under rule 61-A(1)(c) of Odisha Factories Rules,1950 in 2016 & 2018.
