Responsible for and implementation of sales and marketing strategy and process. Identify new account prospects, negotiate partnerships and contracts, and maintain ongoing business relationships. Supervise and deploy sales representatives and provide training and support for site leadership and sales staff.Provide calm spiritual presence through companionship, prayers, friendship and a listening heart. Respect all belief systems and listen without judgment while guiding patients to life acceptance and spiritual peace. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient and family in meeting end of life goals. Provide educational resources and presentations for faith community on hospice, palliative care, and end of life planning (advanced directives, living wills, DNR, etc.). Conduct funeral and memorial planning and officiating as requested.Plan and evaluate marketing strategy. Coordinate the public relations. Negotiate proposal timelines and budgets. Plan and set directions, coordinate the marketing effort of the organization's services. Monitor market changes and adjust marketing strategies accordingly in order to remain competitive within the changing market.
