My family told me to follow my interests and empowered me, so that I started my Hotel Apprenticeship to learn to work best - starting university and throwing it away after a few months was out of the question. After collecting a lot of experience during my time as an apprentice as well as a barkeeper, I took a step into a new direction to try out new things and started working in the Customer Service. Gathering Feedback from customers while being a member of the complaint management team created my vision of walking the line between a customer and the business itself. Throughout this time I worked more intensively with various Social Media Channels and worked closely with our PR-Team who teached me a lot. This sparked my interest for new topics, specially for Social Media, Brand & PR. At the moment I am working as a PR & Brand Intern to take a dive into various topics, from Fashion and branding, to content Creation and working on short-videos (December 2022). I am looking forward to dive even deeper into the world of Social Media, PR & Co.
