Re-working the internal ordering/receiving cycle to make sure it is simpler, takes less time, ensuring less errors. Handling French and German books purchasing cycle (Including following up on sales/restocking/ordering new titles and training the staff on these new titles). Managing our company’s website, (Working with the Design company and the developers in India to update the website, overseeing the content is being updated properly and displayed in a customer-friendly way.) Managing Diwan-e App. in coordination with the developers. Evaluating new projects/business offers.
