In my position I was a part of the HR-team where I was involved in a range of different HR-related subjects, such as recruiting, training and development, employer branding and compensation and benefits. My tasks consisted, anmong other things, of interviewing candidaties, bringing forth new policy documents, developing internal surveys, updating corporate information and working with new strategies.As a Consultant Manager my focus was on recruiting the best consultants to our open positions. This included the entire process from the initial client meeting to recruitment, hiring and on-going operational tasks. I hired consultants within the entire white-collar sector, but during the majority of my time as consultant manager my focus was on IT-professionals.As a teenager I started instructing in Aerobics and Step-Up and continued on with this passion during several years, with some pauses for studies abroad and longer travels. I have instructed in different group training activities during these years, such as Poweryoga, BodyStep, Latinmove, Aerobics and Core, at a number of different gyms
