I began my career in Human Resources at Northwest Airlines which later became Delta. I gained exposure to the global business environment and worked with great leaders to improve internal employee programs. 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐑𝐆𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐙𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄 & 𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐖𝐓𝐇 𝐀𝐓 𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐋𝐄 🍦 After Delta, I worked at Pepsi and Safeway. Then at Nestle, I supported a 250M expansion to create the world’s largest ice cream factory. I developed an organizational change model to transform Nestle’s structure from 8 regions to 5 while reducing the number of compensation plans tenfold. 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐆𝐋𝐎𝐁𝐀𝐋 𝐇𝐑 𝐀𝐓 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐄 𝐈𝐍 𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐀 🌍 For Apple, I lived in Shanghai for 3 years and launched 15 new stores while defining the long-term corporate expansion plan with a strong talent pipeline. I recruited and hired 200+ leaders, increased the workforce from 3k to 6k employees, and promoted 50 people into leadership positions. As a Global HR Director at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Starkey Technologies, and SimplyConnect Consulting, I overhauled the employee experience to become more employee-centric and led HR during acquisitions, ensuring harmonization of pay and benefits, job responsibilities, and integration into company culture and team. Most recently at Bakkavor Foods as the Vice President of HR, I directed people operations, talent development, total rewards, HR operations, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, and culture-building initiatives.
