Two years later she accepted responsibility in an interim position of Contract Administration Manager, working with eight division Contract Managers to create a standard contracting practice across the system. A year later, Cathie relocated to the national offices in Englewood, CO in her current role as System Director, Supply Chain Contract Administration. She is responsible for creating the foundational processes used by eight category teams, and directly leads a team of eleven individuals. She provides leadership to division contract administrators in the marketplace to maintain proficient contract management throughout the organization. As a liaison with Corporate Responsibility, Legal Services, IT Services, and the GPO, Cathie has enhanced collaboration with her team to identify and resolve gaps to mitigate risk related to supply chain contract principles. Most recently, Cathie has used her experience with Lean Six Sigma tools to document and implement a standardized process throughout the contract lifecycle to increase efficiencies from the inception of an agreement to downstream operationalization of the contract provisions.
