I have been trained in various modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, and sports massage . I customize all of my therapeutic massage sessions to your individual needs. As a student therapist, I was fortunate to have been hired as a therapist at a local spa in the Napa Valley area. For over 15 years I trained in martial arts which has provided me with a deeper understanding of muscle functions and body and joint mobility. I became a massage therapist because I had a desire to take my knowledge of martial arts and learn new knowledge of healing arts. I am very passionate about my studies and I love helping people feel better in their active lives.
