And, with a degree in creative writing and a few relevant internships in hand, I started my working career at COMSOL in 2015. Here, I was focused on writing about physics-related topics and managing our blog programs. These management skills and the ability to translate technical topics into engaging pieces proved very useful at MIT, where I managed a variety of their communications and marketing efforts. Now, at Fairygodboss, I get the opportunity to write about inspirational companies and employees who are growing their careers and making their companies (and the world!) a better place. As part of this, I manage a variety of marketing and communication initiatives to get their stories out to our audience and the general public as a customer marketer.
