During his 23 years with Bayer I held a verity of positions from IT Manager for the manufacturing plant in Swords to Senior Manager for Logistics with responsibility for procurement, customer services and IT. In 1995 I was transferred to the corporate Global Logistics division in the US with responsibility for global business systems to implement a corporate wide sales forecasting and production planning system integrating manufacturing plants with the sales and marketing organisations in North America, Europe and the Far East. In 2000 I wanted to fulfil a lifelong ambition to own and run his own business. Having completed a number of contracts as a business consultant I was offered a opportunity to invest in a waste management company FMW Recycling. I took up the role of Managing Director. The company was in financial difficulty at that time having accumulated losses over a number of years and needed immediate re-focusing and new a direction to return it to profit. This was achieved with 18 month. In 2011 I was approached by Adrian Dolan, a long time friend, with a view to setting up a new company to pursue his passion for manufacturing furniture. Following initial market research MasterCraft Interiors was born. With considerable experience in business management here in Ireland and internationally I bring to the organisation a passion for business and a focus on client satisfaction and product excellence. I hold an honours degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Management Information Systems achieved through the Irish Management Institute.
