I learned a great deal when it comes to resolving issues with employees and making sure deadlines are met, especially since payroll has to be on time. My excel skills have developed greatly when it comes to reconciling multiple general ledger accounts to bills and our account spreadsheets. My team building skills evolved within a 10-14 person department working on various projects. I also assisted with the day to day details during each of the two different transitions to new payroll softwares, assuring that payrolls were completed accurately.
