  Casey Hall is a I have 14+ years of public health practice and research experience in the U.S. and internationally. Currently, I am a second-year postdoctoral research fellow working on two NIH-funded projects: RADAR (U01DA036939) the largest cohort study of young men who have sex with men (YMSM), and D2D (R01MD013609) a mixed methods study examining PrEP adherence among YMSM. My research employs mixed-methods and community-engaged approaches to address the intersection of trauma, substance use, and sexual health with a particular focus in sexual and gender minority populations. My teaching incorporates innovative and community-engaged teaching practices to train future public health practitioners in qualitative research methods, quantitative analytic methods, ethical approaches to community engagement, and macro-social determinants of health.
