This way, strategy and execution become connected, continuously integrated, and co-owned by all stakeholders. I act as a planner, facilitator or coach. • Qualitative research/ethnography: Transformative and actionable insights to identify, articulate, re-frame, and solve difficult problems using a social science approach. Focus on business-to-business (B2B) research with customers, partners, and service users. Senior strategic capabilities in UX research, including an active interest in building strategic research teams or capabilities within product organizations. I frequently partner with other consultants, specialists and firms to more effectively assist my clients. I hold a graduate degree in anthropology from the University of Toronto, where I co-founded the Ethnography Lab in 2014. ☛ I *never* want to be contacted by: people trying to sell marketing services to independent consultants; financial advisors; or purveyors of bespoke suits.
