That was a result of developing and working with an amazing team. Our team was composed of people that enjoyed their jobs, had clear direction, and once they had the training,confidence and ability to do their jobs, I stayed out of their way. And the results were attention getting. Our store was recognized weekly on their achievements. I am extremely dedicated and care deeply about the staff that works with me. Knowing them, their background, and what is important to them is important to me. Setting clear goals and treating people with respect ,dignity and positive recognition is a sure fire recipe for success! FARM OWNER Now I own a farm. More like a farmette. And my part of it, the livestock and crops, we started two years ago. It's tough, really tough. And the most rewarding work I've ever done.It's taught me patience, instilled an immense source of pride for producing healthy organically grown food, and to take time to enjoy the little things. Watching my husband chase a bunny escapee and seeing that white tail go dashing through his legs is always good for a chuckle.
