Previously, I led user research and discovery for engineer selection tools on Johnson Controls HVAC Navigator platform and facilitated design thinking workshops for CCSQ staff. I am passionate about improving the day-to-day lives of the elderly population, whether aging in place or in nursing homes, by applying the latest research and best practices in the healthcare sector.
