  Carly Webster is a I spent many of my teenage years engaging in entertainment fandom and going to concerts. And while this was a source of fun and community I hadn't found elsewhere, I noticed a deep lack of representation for disabled people like myself. At only 15, I decided to create a nonprofit to help change that. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with artist teams and even giving a TEDx talk. But my intentions and aspirations will always go far beyond that. I believe that music is for everyone and that no one should have to experience barriers to accessing it. I don't want to work in music and touring just because I'll get to travel or say I worked with so-and-so; I want to give back to future generations of disabled music fans that will come after me. Hopefully, by then, we'll have seen greater change. And I hope you'll join me on this journey.
