Carlos Pinilla Arbex Email & Phone Number | Unified communications engineer & architect. During my early years at Soluziona/Indra I was part of the Contact Center team, specialized in UCCE and UCCx. The main tasks were deploying and maintaining Contact Center solutions in different companies. As the time passed, the group was included in the telephony team. Then I had new assignments and I began working with other Cisco products such as Call Manager, Unity and Presence Server. During this period my UCCx knowledge was improved, leading all designs and deployments. Nowadays, the team has evolved to Unified Communications, where voice and video communications are in the spotlight. The projects I am working in now are related to global routing designs using Oracle SBC equipment, and video communications with Cisco Expressway and CMS, playing the technical leader role. I also help my teammates in other UC projects when they need technical guidance. In all of this time I have been also able to design and deploy other product solutions such as Avaya Voice/Experience Portal with ICR.
