As a qualified Paramedic, and still working in this profession, I love helping people and relieving their anxiety in times of stress. Both these professions count on me being a people’s person, meeting deadlines being methodical and making quick, yet rational decisions. Another passion rose inside of me, as Craig, my husband, and I developed our first property. An old weatherboard home into a great duplex. I grew a love of design and creating functional spaces, and have competed an interior design and decorating course. As we continue developing we often have people ask us for assistance about how they too can do, or be a part of what we are doing. We recognised that each person, each property development and each outcome is different. We wanted to harness that and deliver a different business helping in solutions based thinking to property development. We now work successfully with landowners who want to develop but may not know how to, or who may not have time to do so themselves. We also work with a range of financial investors. We also provide amazing partnerships between land owners and financiers, providing financial assistance to those who may need a little help. Our philosophy is "You own the land, you keep the land, you get the benefits. We Develop The Future For You." Oh, and we do multiple developments ourselves, always providing stock to the marketplace! I am committed to returning the best results to all those involved in our developments, including land owners and development partners, trades, and all consultants. I am involved from the inception of the development, through the building phase, to completion and finalising the development.
