She established key cross-sector partnerships with foreign defense and military organizations, the telecommunications industry, and regulatory agencies. Candace possesses insight into the nuances of U.S. federal policy-making, the legislative process, and the political landscape. Her leadership and contributions include: selecting political appointees at the White House, drafting landmark federal elections administration legislation at the U.S. Senate, and implementing paid media and polling strategies for the 2008 Obama for America presidential campaign.
