Much of this experience was gained through my previous employment as 3/E with Royal Caribbean on one of the largest cruise ships in the world. A job which provided many new learning experiences, where the sheer volume of tasks afforded the welcome opportunity to work independently or in smaller, autonomous teams. I have broadened my knowledge as 3/E by having worked on a variety of vessels, including - but not limited to - Platform support vessels and multi role vessels conducting standby work and cargo operations in the North Sea. Onboard these vessels I have always striven to develope a positive working relationship with all levels of management while having a keen sense of maintaining healthy inter-departmental relationships and retaining a deep interest in continued learning. I am now looking to serve with a company that offers good career progression and supports my goals for personal development. I have recently completed my Engineering Knowledge course to obtain my next license but due to current COVID-19 restrictions the exams have been postponed.
