I have extensive experience in geochemical, structural and numerical data analysis. My research focuses on understanding the evolution and dynamics of asteroids and the early solar system by examining the meteorites and samples returned from planetary bodies by space missions. Through this research I hope to better constrain the processes occurring in the early solar system and how these have lead to planetary formation and organic molecule and water delivery to Earth. I am familiar with numerous analysis techniques including: X-ray Computed Tomography (XCT), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) and Raman Spectroscopy. I also have experience in applying numerical analysis models using MATLAB and R. Alongside my PhD I am a Tutor and Lab Leader within the University of Glasgow's School of Geographical and Earth Science. Within these sessions I teach first and second year undergraduate students geochemistry, environmental geoscience, petrology, climate science and geological mapping.
