My main duties in this company are as below: Advisor of the Director Running a Due Dilligence Database Project including all the loans and companies details and related agreements and M & A’s. Preparation of Board Resolutions, Board Meetings, General Assembly Meetings. Coordination with Turkish authorities. Analyses and preparation of agreements with third parties. I also have some additional duties in the management of the office.Giving lectures of Administrative Law in the section of Hospital Management ( 2 hours / week ). Providing Legal opinions under the frame of the Turkish, Maltese and EU law to foreign clients and also to Turkish Banks, which have subsidiaries in Malta, regarding their Master Agreement, Loan Agreement, Rebranding, Capital Increase and Share transfers. Corporate Administration Responsible for the incorporation of companies, including dealing with the client and Company registration. These processes include: - KYC - Preparation of M & A’s - Incorporation of the company - Preparation of share certificates - VAT registration - Opening bank accounts - Coordination of the correspondence between third parties and the beneficial owner - Preparation of annual returns - Dealing with authorities Shipping Administration - Advising clients regarding the registration process - Registration of vessels and mortgages ( pleasure yachts, commercial yachts and other kind of ships)
