Bruce Van Rooyen is a Bruce is an experienced building services engineer with extensive experience in the design and construction of complex HVAC systems including in many of Perth's major developments; these include the Fiona Stanley Hpsital, QE ll Medical Facility Central Energy Plant, the Optus Stadium and Chevron's new HQ at One The Esplanade, Elizabeth Quay. In addition, Bruce acts as a builder services design manager on major projects such as the new ECU City Campus that is currently under construction and the Malta Hospital Redevelopment. This latter project had a project team located across the globe with an American client, architects based in the UK and Canada and building services provided from Perth. Bruce is currently self-employed, mainly in design management roles and based in Perth.
