We are a specialist in ITIL-based Service Management and ITSM toolsets and Smart Migration to platforms like ServiceNow. Prior to this I had 30 years experience in technical, sales and sales-leadership roles at IBM UK, the last 10 years of which I have spent in IBM Global Services. I have held UK and pan-European roles in that time, and have a wealth of Industry knowledge as well as deep customer and commercial know-how. In that time I have consistently delivered sales growth through an understanding of the market, bringing value to clients and transforming and running various IBM Sales organisations delivering 60 - 150m annual revenues. Being very focused on my people, I have regularly achieved the highest of performance ratings from my sales teams which has enabled me to deliver exceptional revenue and signings performance in a very challenging environment at IBM.
