Brittany Boucher Email & Phone Number | I am currently a student at Ashford University where I will be graduating in October of 2014 with a MA in Special Education. I also graduated from Mount Saint Mary College in 2012 with a BA in History and an Initial Certification in Adolescent Education. I have done field work in a variety of schools including Tappan Zee HS, Harry S Truman HS, and Newburgh Free Academy where I was able to observe a wide variety of students and classroom environments and gain a better understanding of what it takes to educate students of a diverse population. My student teaching was at Harry S Truman where I not only taught, but I also helped to develop a cross curriculum of history and literacy for the ninth grade students. I have a passion for other cultures and intend on spending my free time traveling to other countries in order to fully experience the world and it's history. I also have a great deal of experience playing both soccer and ice hockey. I played soccer for over 15 years on numerous teams and I played hockey as the only female on an all male hockey team. I currently work at Super Soccer Stars where I am a coach for children ranging in ages 3-12. Through this job I will be gaining my NCAA certification for coaching and hope to continue expanding my training in the soccer world.
