Project initiatives: -Purchased new VFD controls where aged- some inoperative and with costly repairs- units existed. Worked with house electrical teams for proper OEM recommended maintenance (with documentation) on all. -Through numerous meetings, advocated and achieved a full steam delivery system replacement to save money on operating costs. - Also through numerous meetings, managed the replacement of an ineffective lobby air handler with a new, modular unit, creating an inviting environment in a large lobby. - Lead resource for a large infrastructure project to improve property efficiency. - Lead resource for data center upgrade- electrical and mechanical. - Created a central Control Room for BMS, EPMS, Datacenter monitoring, Fire alarm graphic, where only a single display of a limited amount of systems existed. - Other projects where my experience was key: Office retrofits; sidewalk replacement; Class E upgrade, and other initiatives.
