In Q4 2021, I pursued a new opportunity with the bank’s Fintech & Innovation team. In this new role, I drove DBS's fintech agenda for both the Consumer and Institutional Banking teams — raising the profile of our platforms, bringing in new partners and helping to create invisible banking solutions for our customers. Between November 2021 and March 2022, I took on a shadowing opportunity with the bank’s Group Strategic Marketing & Communications team. During this experience, I gained valuable insights into media relations, branding, communications and marketing. Equipped with these new skills, I have been able to expand the scope of my ecosystems role to support with the profiling and marketing of our partners and platforms. As of January 2023, I have been a part of our Institutional Banking Ecosystems team.
